What is it?
Our Youth Training Program focuses on building strength and endurance at an age appropriate level to help athletes get ready to hit the ground running for the winter season. Our first few sessions will focus on body weight to develop good technique and a solid base before moving to light weights and high reps as we look to safely prep athletes for skiing. The goal is to help prep muscles for shredding the slopes.
Get in on the training in 3 easy steps:
Step 1: Athlete profile
To make sure we have accurate information on your athlete, please complete the athlete profile section and pay the registration fee. Once you complete the athlete profile you will automatically be taken to a page to pay the registration fee. This non-refundable deposit is used to helps us reserve our spaces, purchase quality gear, and prep to best support your athlete.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes. Your registration status will be updated, and next steps for the program will be sent to your inbox.
A confirmation email with next steps will be sent shortly after your successful transaction.
Step 2: Pay for training
We have several punch card options available. You can pay for a month (2 sessions a week for 4 weeks which comes to 8 punches), a week (2 punches), or a single punch. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions about redeeming your punch card and don't forget to check in on training day!
Step 3: Show up
Simple as that. Be on the look out for an email with more detailed information after we have confirmed your profile has been set up. This email will have the waiver and any additional information you will need for the day. We're stoked to see you there!
